RHF Welcome Dear Friends,
Welcome to our 12th Annual Fall Sale!
We are offering an excellent set of SimGenetics, Red Angus, Charolais, and South Poll Composite bulls to meet our customers’ needs, just as we have since our first fall sale in 2015. We are also offering a select set of Red Angus and SimGenetics-bred heifers and Red Angus, Angus, and SimGenetics cows (including some fall-calving pairs), as well as commercial-bred heifers representing Red Hill genetics. When you buy cattle from Red Hill, you are buying into the Red Hill program. Red Hill cattle have been selected to improve economically relevant traits with the goal of optimizing the practicality and profitability for our commercial customers. We focus on documented breed-leading genetic predictions while maintaining phenotypically pleasing cattle. Our program doesn’t stop with the animals we sell. We offer services that increase your herd’s profitability. Ask us about the services we offer! Our presale seminar will be held online via Zoom on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 7 p.m. CDT . Instructions can be found on page 1 of this catalog. A major reward of the seedstock business is the opportunity to enjoy the friendship and fellowship of our customers and fellow breeders. You are always welcome to visit our farm. We intend to collect a very comprehensive data set and share all the information with our customers. Thank you for reviewing our sale offering, and please contact us with any questions.

GENOMIC ENHANCED EPDS: Cattle that have genomic-enhanced EPDs are designated in the catalog with a logo. Most of the cattle selling have been genomically enhanced. DNA markers provide molecular breeding values which are used to enhance the EPDs and improve the accuracy
of the EPDs. This is particularly important because the EPDs on these cattle are much more accurate than prior to the use
of these DNA values. These enhanced EPDs now have the same meaning as data for bulls that have several progeny records. The $Profit GE indexes are based off of HD50K, and RAAA and ASA EPDs are calculated with GGP. VETERINARIAN: Roger Thomas, DVM, Thomas and England Veterinary Services, (270-563-0011). SALE Information
Welcome to Red Hill Farms Fall Bull & Female Sale.
This large offering of quality cattle should attract strong interest from cattlemen near and far. As you study the book from cover to cover, you will admire that Red Hill’s principal breeding philosophy has yielded a first-class set of genetics. Likewise, the southern environment and strict culling have created slick, docile cattle who will work for southeastern cattlemen. In every division, I am confident you will find cattle that add value to every facet of the beef industry. As always, the strong bull offering will be the headliners in the fall sale. Each breed is well represented and will absolutely move commercial cattlemen ahead. The female offering is truly special. The operation’s maternal focus is creating moderate, fertile, sound cattle that will be long-lasting and profitable for producers for years to come. Marketing this quantity of registered females is not routine for the Red Hill operation. We would encourage buyers to capitalize on this group of high-indexing, functional females. Providing the best customer service and data to producers has been a staple since the in- ception of the Red Hill program. A large volume of genomic and phenotypic data will give customers the best pathway to selecting the right genetics. Likewise, their growing presence in assisting and sourcing feeder cattle from customers will pay great dividends for commercial cattlemen.
If we can assist you with the sale offering, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Sincerely, Allied Genetic Resources Marty Ropp (406) 581-7835 Corey Wilkins (256) 590-2487

SALE Information
RED HILL FARMS COOPERATORS/PARTNERS
COYOTE HILLS FARM (CCCH) – Coyote Hills is owned by the Dal Clark Family, Scottsville, KY. The Clark family has been in the Red Angus business since 2006. The Coyote Hills cattle are heavily influenced by Buffalo Creek and Red Hill genetics. HARDROCK BEEF CATTLE (HBC) – Hardrock Beef Cattle was started by Ronnie and Donna Holman on the family farm in the western piedmont of North Carolina. Ronnie’s son is an integral participant in the cattle management. Today the herd is comprised of Red Angus and red SimAngus cattle. Hardrock Beef Cattle operates on a Kentucky 31 based forage system.
ROGERS CATTLE COMPANY (RCC) – Rogers Cattle Company, LLC started in 2001 as a diversified pasture-based livestock operation and is owned by Johnny and Sharon Rogers. Their herd consists primarily of fall calving Red Angus cows which are mated to Red Angus bulls. Johnny and Sharon strive to produce cattle that thrive on intensively grazed fescue based pastures, as well as have great maternal ability, grow well and have excellent carcass merit.
IF YOUR GOAL IS PROFIT ... SELECT FOR IT! Use the Index that best fits your Operation
$PROFIT Developed for operations that raise their own replacements and retains ownership on steers and cull heifers, which are marketed on a Quality Based Grid. $Profit assumes a bull will sire 100 progeny over his useful lifespan. $Profit Combines all the traits that comprise both $Ranch and $Feeder to yield one number that predicts ranchers’ bottom lines. $Profit Example: = We would expect Bull “A” to produce an additional $5000 of profit to the ranch over his service life ($50 per calf x 100 calves) when compared to Bull “B.” Multi-generational use of $Profit will move both $Ranch and $Feeder in a positive direction, just not as fast as the singular use of $Ranch or $Feeder. • Bull A has a $Profit of $15,000 • Bull B has a $Profit of $10,000
$RANCH Developed for cow/calf producers who retain their own replacements and market 100% of the steer calves and cull heifers after weaning. Traits included in $Ranch: Fertility, Milk, Weaning Growth, Cow Herd Feed Intake and Mature Cow Size $Ranch Example: = We would expect Bull “A” to produce $40 per head increased profit when compared to bull “B” in a cow/calf operation that raised their own replacements and sold all other calves at weaning. • Bull A has a $Ranch of $80 • Bull B has a $Ranch of $40 Multi-generational use of $Ranch will ultimately result in: moderation in mature cow size, im- proved fertility, modest gains in weaning weight, improved stocking rates and ultimately – increased pounds of calf harvested per unit of feed/land resource.
$FEEDER Developed to compare how bulls will impact profitability in the post-weaning phase (weaning to harvest). Traits included in $Feeder: Feed Intake, Post-Weaning Gain, Carcass Weight, Quality Grade (Marbling), Yield Grade $Feeder Example: = We would expect calves sired by Bull “B” to earn $50 per head increased profit be- tween weaning and harvest when compared to calves sired by bull “A.” • Bull A has a $Feeder of $100 • Bull B has a $Feeder of $150 Use of $Feeder in sire selection will maximize Feedlot Closeouts, but with no regard for the cow herd. Thus, $Feeder should be used by herds that purchase their replacement females.

SALE Information
RED HILL FEEDING PARTNERS LLC Red Hill Feeding Partners LLC began in the spring of 2025 with a partnership between Gordon and Ty and has been a crucial asset to the Red Hill Farms program. By feeding cattle from Red Hill Farms and Red Hill customers, we have gained valuable insight through breed-to-breed comparisons, sire-group evaluation, and, most importantly, collecting individual feed-intake data during the final 75 days of the finishing period. The information we continue to collect is providing our family with a better understanding of cattle performance and helping us make more informed decisions as we work to increase profitability across every sector of the beef industry.
Gordon & Ty Jones
Key Takeaways
1. What does “cow efficiency” mean in your operation? By collecting feed intake data on cattle during the final 75 days of the finishing period, we have observed that Dry Matter Intake (DMI) and Feed-to-Gain (F:G) are very different traits, with only a 0.07 correlation between the two. This suggests these measurements capture different aspects of efficiency. As you select bulls, it is important to understand that DMI and F:G provide different information and should not be viewed as interchangeable measures of cow or cattle efficiency. 2. Bigger cattle CAN bring greater returns, BUT there is a cost to consider for producers. Cattle feeders continue to pay a premium for cattle that finish at heavier weights because those cattle can generate greater net returns. However, we must also recognize that the feeder is not paying the cost of maintaining the cow in your environment. As we select for larger-framed cattle, we must understand the cow’s increased maintenance requirements and determine whether the additional input costs are justified by the additional output.
As cattle feeders, we recognize the need for larger carcass weights; as cattle breeders, we believe in moder- ating cow size. We realize it is possible to do both. If feeder cattle are backgrounded on cheap forages with minimal gains, we expect higher carcass weights than calves placed in the feedlot shortly after weaning.
3. Fort Knox continues to impress. Fort Knox cattle have been impressive in the feedyard, with his Red Angus-sired progeny averaging 72% Prime. We are excited about the continued improve- ment in quality these cattle can provide and look forward to seeing the progress that will be made over the next several years!
We believe this information will continue to shape the direction of Red Hill Farms and help us produce cattle that are profitable from the cow-calf operation through the feedyard.

RED ANGUS Age-Advantaged Bulls
LEACHMAN FORT KNOX A011K – SIRE OF LOTS 1-6, 12, 13 Fort Knox was the lead-off sire in our Spring 2026 sale, and we are excited to bring another impressive group of his sons to lead off this sale. The Fort Knox cattle are working exceptionally well in our environment, consistently displaying slick hair, good udders, and the adaptability needed to thrive in the fescue belt. His daughters are now entering production, and we believe the females Fort Knox leaves behind will ultimately be his greatest contribution at Red Hill. They are the kind of females we want to build around and will have a lasting influence on our cowherd for years to come. Fort Knox is proving that he can combine maternal and terminal traits to a high degree. The top-scanning bull of all breeds from each of the last two calf crops has been a Fort Knox son. Now, through Red Hill Feeding Partners LLC, we are also seeing his ability to produce cattle that excel in the feedyard, with 72% of his progeny grading Prime. We are excited about Fort Knox’s future contributions, whether directly through his own progeny or indirectly through his sons and daughters. We are confident that his influence will play an important role in shaping the next generation of Red Angus cattle at Red Hill Farms.

163N represents the phenotype, excellent data, and an outstanding dam that we traditionally start our Red Angus offering with. He is thick, sound, and balanced phenotypically, with excellent scrotal circumference. His dam, 330H, is one of our favorite 215C daughters. She has been a donor and continues to breed back and stay in her calving season. She has calves sired by RedHill The Gener- al 268K, selling as LOTS 11 and 54. 163N is her natural calf by Fort Knox.

9N is a maternal brother to the Red Hill and Rogers herdsire, RedHill Reagan 49M. His maternal granddam, 208C, has been one of the most influential cows in our program and was sold to Mushrush (KS) a couple of years ago. 9N is in rare company when searching the Red Angus database – ELITE indexes, maternal projections, and marbling. Phenotypically sound and balanced, with a 151% IMF scan ratio and Fort Knox-leading udder EPDs, 9N is a special bull.

Ty’s notes from his Labor Day visit about 64N – “slick-haired, cow-maker deluxe, sure-fire calving ease.” As of 9/26/26, only 11 bulls in the Red Angus database are above 219 for ProS. Red Hill bred 3 of the 11, and 64N makes the list. Additionally, his dam, 109H, is a picture-perfect cow with premium udder quality. RedHill Journeyman 28M, son of 109H, was one of the top-selling bulls last fall and sold to Jon Keen. We have used 28M extensively at Red Hill. We added two daughters of 109H to the donor pen this spring, further documenting this female line’s generating power.
12N is the black brother to LOT 3. Same outstanding dam, top-of-the-line data, and superior calving ease.

158N is a son of 12G, a donor at Red Hill that we think is ideal phenotypically. The maternal grand- dam, 258Z, is known to many followers of our program as the one-eyed cow. She produced until 13 years of age and was certainly a prolific producer with 38 progeny that continue to influence many herds. 158N is a calving-ease, cow-maker.
We selected 63N to clean up a group of cows this spring. He is a good breeder in the pasture. He was the heaviest weaning calf last fall and continues to pack on the pounds in a moderate, wide-body package. This is the most 3D bull in this Red Angus offering. 63N’s maternal granddam, 204X, is the model Red Angus picture we have used in promotions for years.

255J is one of the most outstanding sons of 215C. Lots 8, 9 and 10 (255J sons) exemplify the phenotype we like for maternal efficiency. The 215C influ- ence is strong in this sale, as 4 of the first 5 bulls are out of 215C daughters. Excellent rib, body shape, fleshing ability, quiet dispositions and picture-per- fect udders best describe this line of cattle. 255J has data that supports his moderate, thick, and easy fleshing phenotype, which would indicate he and his sons will make outstanding daughters with superior longevity.

Outstanding 255J son out of a donor that is a black-red carrier Sure Fire daughter. 114N, like his sire and grandsire, should be an excellent female sire with good calving ease.
81N is a maternal-appearing, calving-ease bull that is super slick-haired and yellow. He is a sound striding bull with an excellent scrotal measurement.

Our veterinarian, Dr. Roger Thomas, commented on the exceptional semen quality at BSE on 18N. He is the largest scrotal-measuring bull in the sale. He is a maternal brother to LOT 1.
91N is a lighter red bull with added thickness, rib, and body dimension. Note his excellent %IMF scan with a 146 ratio.

DAM OF LOT 20 • REDHILL NEXT GENERATION 95N
10 – Red Hill Farms
SIMGENETICS Age-Advantaged Bulls
Before our Fall 2025 sale, we never imagined letting go of 446F. She was one of the very best daughters of our top herd sire, 231A, and while she may have left Red Hill, she continues to make a monumen- tal impact on our program. 446F never made a reproductive mistake during her time at Red Hill. She flushed and successfully re-bred back into the same calving season all four times, demonstrating the fertility and productivity that we value in our cowherd. 446F produces cattle with exceptional value throughout the entire beef supply chain. Her flush of Breakaway calves has impressed us. We are selling 4 sons and have retained 5 daughters from the flush. We are especially excited about the Breakaway heifers now in our keeper pen and due to calve this spring. 446F represents the kind of cow we strive to build our program around. She has produced 28 live calves on our operation from four flushes, and her influence will continue to be felt at Red Hill for years.
DAM: REDHILL 231A 273B 446F
Breakaway was an outcross Purebred Simmental bull selected for use on our 231A and 29G daughters to add marbling and growth while incorporating needed terminal traits into the cowherd. He currently ranks as the #1 Marbling Purebred Simmental Bull, and his progeny have performed as we had hoped, producing high-quality bulls and females along with phenomenal steers in the feedlot. The steer mates to the bulls selling in this sale are the kind that can make any operation money. When sold on the grid this summer, they averaged over $4,000 per head. All Breakaway-sired calves graded High Choice or Prime, while still being lean, with an impressive 0.32 inches of backfat and an average live weight of 1,663 pounds. At Red Hill, we have selected Simmental cattle that combine muscle and performance, and these steers demonstrated that philosophy with an enormous 17.5-square-inch average ribeye area.

446F, the dam of 105N, has been a leading donor dam at Red Hill for several years before she led off our Fall 2025 sale and SimGenetics female dispersal. (See the write-ups for his sire and dam.) This leadoff SimGenetics bull excels for all indexes, has excellent feet and structure, a big scrotal measurement, and is a product of our most outstanding cow family. We will collect this bull before the new owner takes possession.

PUREBRED! 125N was 1 of 38 at weaning, 2 of 22 at yearling, 109 and 105 for %IMF and REA ratios while being lean, ranking 21 of 22 for FAT. Look at this unique data and indexes in a purebred package. He is ideal to mate with Angus and Red Angus cows.
We used 109N to clean up our heifers this spring. He is sired by the popular Angus documented carcass sire, GB Fireball. His dam is from one of our favorite cow families. This homo black SM bull has an Angus sire, but his maternal grandsire is red. There is lots of mating flexibility in breed- ing 109N back to SimAngus females.

169N’s dam, 140L, is a model cow we flushed young. She comes from the same cow family as 446F. The maternal granddam was sold in the 2025 Fall SimGenetics dispersal to Meinders (Iowa). This bull excels for calving ease, maternal calving ease, and indexes.
204N’s dam, 12D, is the cow all visitors would always ask about. In our mind, she was the ideal 231A daughter.

We don’t have as many RED SimGenetics bulls as usual in this sale, but we are not shy on quality to lead off the reds. 216N is a thick, balanced bull. His dam is our favorite Double Agent sister.
