From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, ac cording to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edify ing of itself in love.” We will now open this small green triangle. It grows and grows, but still remains a triangle. From the Scripture we read and from this triangle we see that God wants us to grow as Christians. This leads us to ask, “ In what ways does the Lord want us to grow?” Let me read Ephesians 4:31, 32, “ Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you,

We shall let this piece of paper show us the way. These two flaps have red crosses on them to re mind us of the cross on which the Lord Jesus Christ shed His precious blood to redeem the world from sin. This is what Isaiah had in mind when he wrote, “He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities . . . and with his stripes we are healed” (Isa. 53:5).

OBJECTS: A triangle from yellow paper, with eight-inch sides and a green paper triangle with six-inch sides. (Fold one point of the yellow triangle to the center of the opposite side. Fold each of the two other points in a like manner, making a smaller triangle. Fold again, mak ing a much smaller triangle. Fol low the same procedure with the green triangle.) LESSON: I hold in my hand a tri angle which reminds me of the Lord Jesus. Before I tell you just how it is like Christ, let me read Luke 2:52, “And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.” This means that Jesus grew. We will unfold the triangle and see what happens. It is larger, but still a triangle. We will unfold it again, it is much larger, but still a triangle. We see from this Scripture and from the triangle that the little Lord Jesus grew. We should never forget that God wants us to grow as well. In Ephesians 4:15, 16, we are told, “ But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

Now, as we look at the people of the world, cleansed by Christ’s blood, we read, “ One in the Son.” All those who receive Him as a per-, sonal Saviour are made one in Him. More can be done by preaching Christ to the nations than by signing peace pacts. In Ephesians 2:13, 18 we read, “ But now in Christ Jesus ye who SHELTON COLLEGE PURCHASES 1187 ACRE CO U N TR Y ESTATE In June, Shelton College will move to their new campus — an 1187 acre estate located in the Ramapo Mountains, one hour’s drive from New York City. with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.” Put the two triangles together and you will see that there is a resem blance. If we grow in grace, we will grow like the Lord Jesus.
