(Israeli Company no. 510323835), registered address at 1 Rupin St., Tel-Aviv-Jaffa, within Court case no. 16743-11-12, which is conducted at the District Court in Tel Aviv, for the purpose of receiving funds deposited in the compensation Provident Fund. The applicants are the heirs of the late shareholder Jacob Kolin. The registered shareholders of the company are the late Kolin Jacob, Gera Ehud and Zimmerman.
