Le site du parc riverain prévu pour le projet, avec sa pente en forme de cuvette vers les rives de la rivière des Outaouais, nécessite un entrepreneur possédant les connaissances et les compétences particulières requises pour installer les pieux nécessaires à la construction dans une fondation en ciment. Le rapport de l’administration souligne que la partie en béton de la fondation du pavillon est « un élément clé » du projet, car l’objectif est que le bâtiment soit construit et achevé avant décembre de cette année. Le Lions Club de Lefaivre a collaboré avec la municipalité à divers projets d’amélioration du parc riverain. Le club a garanti 100 000 dollars pour couvrir les frais de construction du pavillon.
Un nouveau pavillon extérieur sera ajouté au parc communautaire riverain du village de Lefaivre.
