LEAN SOLUTIONS / CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
5S VISUAL CONTROL/VISUAL MANAGEMENT 20 hours - $6,500 5S Visual Control/Visual Management involves creating a visual standard and infusing the workplace with information critical to the efficient execution of day-to-day operations. Participants will learn how to create, maintain and improve the standard so variations are visible and action can identify root cause and correct it. Participants will practice the five-step process by applying the tool on a selected area during the workshop. ACCOUNTABILITY BOARDS 12 hours - $3,900 This critical tool drives an organization’s culture to collectively look at what is happening at the operator level and pull resources together to discuss, and visually document what each support group will accomplish in the coming days to improve a process. Critical support people gather daily to update what each group is doing to hit assigned due dates and timelines to accomplish continuous improvement goals. DAILY MANAGERMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVMENT (CI) 12 hours - $3,900 Daily Management Boards show each work center’s goals and align them to company strategy. CI Boards display the area’s performance throughout the day and answer the critical questions. Used together, they create a visual standard that links team actions to results, move management from end-of-day review to same-day control, and highlight where to improve and what the team is doing now.
KAIZEN EVENT OVERVIEW 8 hours - $3,040 A Kaizen event is a short, structured improvement sprint that engages the people who do the work. Teams map problems, collect data, test fixes, and standardize the best method. Participants build practical lean skills, deliver measurable gains, and set a sustainment plan. Available as a hands-on workshop or mini event. KAIZEN FACILITATOR EVENT TRAINING 24 hours - $9,120 Kaizen Facilitator Event Training equips manufacturing leaders to plan, lead, and sustain rapid improvement events. Participants learn to set scope and objectives, define roles, build a charter, complete pre-event analysis, and run a focused two to three day Kaizen using core lean tools with daily reviews and a leadership report out. The training closes with a handoff to the area and a 30 day follow up to lock in standards, visual controls, and metrics. The result is a repeatable approach that avoids drive by Kaizen and delivers measurable gains. KANBAN/PULL SYSTEMS 8 hours - $2,500 Pull systems replace push scheduling with demand- driven flow. They level inventory and production and use simple visual signals to move orders between processes based on actual consumption. Guided by your value stream map, this workshop ties finished goods to assembly planning or links assembly to upstream batch operations such as stamping. LEADER’S STANDARD WORK 16 hours - $5,000 Leader’s Standard Work is a documented set of leader routines that sustain and improve lean systems. It cascades from operator standard work to supervisors, managers, and senior leaders. It creates a common rhythm for coaching and review, aligns priorities, and shifts focus to important work instead of urgent firefighting.
