LEADERSHIP & CULTURE PLANT MANAGER NETWORK* 2-Hour Sessions | Monthly (10 total) | $750 per company Establish a dynamic peer network and collaborative sounding board for plant and operationsleaders to exchange ideas, share best practices, and explore opportunities for improvementin key operational areas, including: Continuous Improvement Methodologies Quality Systems and Compliance Leadership and Organizational Development Operational Best Practices Emerging Technologies Target Audiences: Plant Managers & Operations Managers and Directors Objectives & Deliverables: Build a trusted peer network to discuss challenges, innovations, and best practices Share insights and lessons learned through site visits and case studies Identify and explore applicable new technologies and methodologies Collaborate on strategies for improving plant performance and management effectiveness Company Requirements: Companies and their members are committed to sharing successes and areas of improvement. Each company must be willing to host meetings including plant tours. The group will agree on a schedule at the beginning of the season with some flexibility for unexpected situations. Regular attendance is encouraged by at least one company representative to obtain full value or user group participation. The first meeting includes an understanding of MMTC and its NIST impact survey. Note: Up to 3 employees per member company
