Welcome to the Rowlett Senior Section! We have partnered with DART to provide day pass vouchers valid for all DART transportation. To receive these passes, proof of Rowlett residency is required, and you must be 60 years or older. Passes are available at the Rowlett Community Centre, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am-12pm, and 1-5pm. You are allowed a maximum of 5 passes per week, and up to 15 passes per month. SENIOR HEALTH CHECK–BLOOD PRESSURE AND BLOOD SUGAR (Activity #131109) Second Tuesday of each month 8:30-9:30am Room: C Free service provided by the Rowlett Fire Department. You can have your blood pressure and blood checked on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

CHAIR VOLLEYBALL (Activity #131004) Thursdays 11-11:50am Aerobics Room

Chair volleyball is a physical activity providing a fun way to be active; it is more fun than you can possibly stand! Because players are required to remain seated, chair volleyball allows those with physical limitations to participate on a level playing field with those who may be more active. Regular participation in this activity can increase flexibility and stamina.
