Charlie Berger is a Comedian, Writer, and Director engaging with technical design to further his relationship with live comedy. Charlie received a BFA from Boston University in Theatre Arts Performance with concentrations in directing and playwriting. Charlie’s passions for playwriting and directing were cultivated in the new works festival at BU, where he developed new plays, concluding by directing in the Booth Theater, for which he earned the Milan Stitt New Works Award. Alongside tech, Charlie performs on Improv Asylum’s House Teams and is practicing Stand Up at local clubs.
Steve Sarro is Improv Asylum’s Music Director and can currently be seen behind the keys (and occasionally popping up onstage) in the Mainstage show every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, he has served as a piano accompanist and music director for improv and sketch comedy since 2013 and has toured with Colin Mochrie of Whose Line Is It Anyway. Kelly Dooley DIRECTOR
Kelly has worked at Improv Asylum since 2008. During her time, she has performed on House Teams, the NXT, and was a member of the Main Stage cast. After a long run on the Main Stage, she has made the jump to Artistic Director where she hopes to create the high quality Improv Asylum style shows that our audiences know and love.
