BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that where the Federal Government uses traditional native treaty and ancestral lands for Federal facilities, the responsible Federal agency may provide a Buy Native policy for the original sovereign Native Nation; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that where the Federal Government uses original native lands of a sovereign Native Nation for production of energy, the United States of America, acting through the President, Congress and the agencies, must be mandated to buy Native green energy from said sovereign Native Nation and resell it to wholesale customers or wheel it to other buyers BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED , that this resolution shall be the policy of National Indian Gaing Association until it is withdrawn or modified by subsequent resolution. CERTIFICATION The foregoing resolution was adopted by the Board of Directors at a meeting of the National Indian Gaming Association, held on July 19, 2021, Las Vegas, NV, with a quorum present.
