WILL YOUR ORGANISATION’S CULTURE HELP IT TO THRIVE?

OD GROUP

LEADING THROUGH A PANDEMIC

Seemingly overnight, the COVID - 19 pandemic ushered in a formidable global disruption both in its magnitude and in its intimacy. Referred to as “ The Great Pause, ” it forced individuals, organisations, and even humanity at large to stop, look inward, and then shift how they operate in the world. The research we ' ll consider collates the views and experience of more than 2,500 participants from around the world and will help you to understand what different groups of employees want going forward.

In this interactive session for senior HR and OD professionals we ' ll explore research carried out by the Barrett Values Centre on how COVID - 19 has impacted the values and culture of organisations.

What do employees and employers want to see more or less of going forward? Are these aligned?

We will help you to explore what this means for your organisation and how you might share this research to stimulate dialogue and change.
