Suitable for students at all stages of their CIPD Level 7 or postgraduate studies.
Your dissertation and management research report is probably the most in - depth piece of academic work you will complete.
Your dissertation will help you develop knowledge of a specific topic, an understanding of the challenges of empirical research, and the ability to deal with practical research challenges ( eg, collecting, manipulating and analysing data ) . You ' ll need to employ a vast array of skills including dealing with the complex inter - relationships of real - world processes, inter - personal communication, data collection and analysis, report writing and effective time management.
You ' ll need to think carefully about your unique subject and harness key skills including effective project management, research, academic writing, data collation and detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis - to name but some.
