ABOUT OUR GROUP
Informal session allowing you to practice some mindfulness, together with tips and techniques to use anytime. Mindfulness is a key life skill that can really help, especially in these challenging times; it's learning to 'be' in the present moment. Sam and Sarah are joined by Deb Kelly a MIND- qualified mindfulness teacher, facilitator and coach. Deb will take us through some mindfulness practice (cameras on or off) It's whatever you feels comfortable for you. You'll also come away with exercises you can practice at home or wherever you find yourself.
Our HR Café sessions are for all people professionals, regardless of level or discipline (HR, L&D and OD). The aim is to provide a space where you can stop, reflect and focus on yourself. Sessions will have an open, person-centred format, encouraging discussion and experiential activities.
