Are our people ready to return to work some of the time or full-time? How do we manage potential anxiety linked to travelling on public transport, returning to the workplace, mixing with colleagues and clients? Is this the right time to be making plans for the future? An what about those who don't want to return to working as they did, are we likely to see absenteeism soaring? As Covid restrictions continue to relax, have you stopped to think about wellbeing in the immediate post-covid restrictions era? We will explore some interesting examples of what organisations are planning and how and why this differs from their earlier plans.

Fostering employee wellbeing is good for people and the organisation. Promoting wellbeing can help prevent stress and create positive working environments where individuals and organisations can thrive. Good health and wellbeing can be a core enabler of employee engagement and organisational performance. Our group meets several times throughout the year to discuss employee wellbeing, strategy, & programmes.
