The role of the regulator is vital to the integrity, health, success, and well- being of the tribe – even if that may not always be appreciated. The TGRA is the tribe’s repository of knowledge about gaming and all the applicable laws, regulations, requirements, compact provisions, policies, procedures. The TGRA is responsible for keeping out the unsuitable, monitoring compliance, and interpreting, administering, executing, adjudicating, and enforcing the law.
