Come for the Cars! Stay for the Fun! The “Spotlight Builder” for the show was “Pot O’ Gold Kustoms” from Colorado Springs, Colorado, and once again the Agricultural Building was buzzing with activity. A great Pedal Car Display was a highlight, and a tasteful Pin-Up Girl Contest and Pinstripers Charity Auction were organized by Carrie Raynor resulting in a Make- A-Wish donation of $7,500. Back outside cool cars were everywhere and Matt Chismar guided the NSRA Safety Inspection Team as they inspected 91 cars. A Swap Meet coordinated by Bob Collins and the Streets of Rods organized by the Wyoming Street Rod Association were all going on and the State Fairgrounds were alive with Nick Donovan’s Rockin’ Road Show and inviting odors from the food vendors filling the air. Inside yet another building was the Commercial Exhibitors, Carol Kuhns hosted Women’s World, a Quilt Display hosted by First Stitches and Randy Smith, and the Kids Games hosted by the Canon City Street Rods. Pat Collins hosted a Ladies Tea sponsored by Sanderson Headers and the Greater Pueblo CVB for 115 attendees. After Bev McCann entertained at the Worship Service it was time for the Awards Program. Nearly 50 were handed out plus Super Prize packages and three $unday $weep$take$ checks for $2,000 each. NSRA welcomes everyone to join us for another weekend of fun with family and friends in 2026.
