We advise private equity funds, special situations investors, and other alternative capital investors in cross-border equity investments across a range of industries. Recent matters include financial asset and non-performing loan (NPL) acquisitions and investments in the renewable energy and infrastructure industries, with a particular focus on telecommunications.
