Level of Educational Attainment in Amarillo
The Time magazine Person of the Year in 2006 wasn’t a former president, a famous author or even a Nobel Peace Laureate. It was you. The cover page simply showed the word you within a video player and a caption that read, “Yes, you. You control the information age. Welcome to your world.” The rise of Internet video and social media has given everyone equal footing and the means to establish their own personal brand for free. Everyone is now his/her own technology company and the Internet has enabled a new generation of global entrepreneurs that are not bound by traditional barriers to entry. They think differently. 22
