FOREWORD Thank you for your interest in the position of Director of Estates Programme Management, Business and Support Services at the University of Southampton. As the Director of Estates Programme Management, Business and Support Services, you will provide oversight, governance, and assurance across all Estates & Facilities activities including estate strategy development, master planning, capital projects, estates maintenance, H&S and compliance, facilities management, property asset management, space management and environmental sustainability, as well as playing a crucial enabling function by providing excellent business support services across the Directorate. It is important that we find the right person for this role, whatever their circumstances.
