FOREWORD
Thank you for your interest in the position of Associate Director of Estates Development at the University of Southampton. As the Associate Director of Estates Development you will lead and manage the planning and delivery of the University’s capital programme, which involves refurbishment and new build construction projects ranging from £1m to £100m in value. It is important that we find the right person for this role, whatever their circumstances.
