GLP-1 Prescriptions If you are currently taking a GLP-1 medication for weight loss or are prescribed one in the future, participation in the Virta Health program is required to continue receiving coverage for your GLP- 1 prescription. Engaging with Virta helps ensure you’re supported with expert care and ongoing resources. If you are prescribed a GLP-1 medication for weight loss and decided not to participate in the Virta Health program, please be aware that you will be responsible for the full cost of your GLP-1 prescription.
