Ameritas provides NextGen Healthcare employees with expanded options for in-network coverage by offering you plan designs with the choice of two different plan levels and two different provider networks. How Vision Plan Works Review the plan options and determine if your preferred provider is in either the VSP or EyeMed network. With a variety of provider options, including Costco, LensCrafters, and individual vision providers, you are sure to find the provider that is right for you. You will still have benefits if you use an out-of-network provider, however, you will get the best cost savings by seeing an in-network provider.
