Disability Insurance Benefits Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Benefits This coverage is provided by NextGen Healthcare at no cost to you .

In the event you are unable to work due to a serious illness or injury, NextGen Healthcare provides the Short-Term and Long-Term Disability plans. Both plans are designed to pay you a portion of your salary after you satisfy an elimination (waiting) period. Pre-existing condition limitations may apply. You will automatically be enrolled for coverage, no need to enroll .

1 If you live in a state that requires your employer to offer short-term disability benefits, your disability benefits will be coordinated between your employer and the state. This applies to employees in California, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, and Rhode Island.
