All currently enrolled employees can increase their coverage without EOI up to the Guaranteed Issue amount during Open Enrollment. If you are enrolling for coverage for the first time during Open Enrollment, you can elect employee coverage up to $50K without EOI. If you are enrolling a spouse for the first time during Open Enrollment, you can elect spouse coverage up to $30K without EOI. $10,000 or $20,000 in coverage ($1,000 for infants aged 14 days to 6 months); you must elect Employee Term Life to have this coverage.
