Each Participant is limited to creating one account for the Gold Rush Player Rewards Program. 3. PROMOTION DATES: This Promotion will begin on Saturday, October 1 st , 2022, at 12:01am CST and conclude on Monday, October 31 st , 2022, at 5:00pm CST (the “ Promotion Period ”).
4. PROMOTION PROCEDURES .
a. Grand Prize Giveaway: Patrons may enter this Promotion for the grand prize giveaway (the “ Grand Prize Giveaway ”) during each Participating Location’s regular business hours as follows: i. At Participating Locations that participate in the Gold Rush Player Rewards Program and have opted to utilize the Gold Rush Player Rewards Program Kiosk for entry purposes, as reflected on Exhibit A, patrons can enter on-site via the Gold Rush Player Rewards Program Kiosk (each, a “ Kiosk Entry ”). ii. At Participating Locations that do not have a Gold Rush Player Rewards Program Kiosk or that have opted out of utilizing the Gold Rush Player Rewards Program Kiosk for entry purposes, as reflected on Exhibit A, patrons can enter by filling out the provided paper ballot (each, a “ Ballot Entry ” and together with the Kiosk Entries, collectively, the “ Grand Prize Entries ”). For the avoidance of doubt, each Participating Location will offer only one method of entry for the Grand Prize Giveaway, which will be reflected on Exhibit A. Each Participant is limited to one (1) Grand Prize Entry per Participating Location per day. b. Social Media Giveaway: Patrons may enter this Promotion for the social media giveaway (the “ Social Media Giveaway ”) through an on -site entry by taking a picture with t he Participating Location’s on -site Slimer cut-out, posting such picture on the patron’s Instagram account, and tagging two of the three following options @grgamingil, @igtgamingna, #wegotone! when posting such picture (each, a “ Social Media Entry ”, and collectively “ Social Media Entries ”). Each Participant is limited to one (1) Social Media Entry per day. Upon completion of the promotion procedures outlined in Section 4 above, Participant will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize Giveaway and/or Social Media Giveaway, as applicable. 5. SELECTION OF WINNERS. At approximately 6:00pm CST on October 31 st , 2022, eight (8) Grand Prize Entries will be randomly selected by a representative of each Participating Location (each, a “ Finalist Prize Winner ”), and a total of twenty-five (25) Social Media Entries across all Participating Locations will be randomly selected by a representative of Gold Rush Gaming as a winner (each, a “ Social Media Winner ”).
