Thursday, November 3 rd , 2022, at approximately 4:00pm CST via Gold Rush Gaming’s Facebook page (the “ Grand Prize Drawing ”), each of the Finalist Prize Winners will be eligible for the Grand Prize (as described below). By entering this Promotion, each Participant agrees that (A) they have read and accepted these Official Rules; (B) they have read and accepted the Official Gold Rush Player Rewards Rules; (C) they have read and accepted Gold Rush Player Rewards privacy policy, which is available at www.goldrushgaming.com/privacy-policy/; and (D) they have read and accepted Gold Rush Player Rewards’ Terms of Use, which is available at www.goldrushgaming.com/terms-of-use/, which is incorporated by reference and made a part of these Official Rules. Participant is eligible to be a Finalist Prize Winner at each Participating Location one time. Participant is eligible to be a Social Media Winner one time. 6. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. FURTHER, A PURCHASE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PLAY OF VIDEO GAMING TERMINALS OR THE PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT, GOOD OR SERVICE SOLD BY ANY SPONSOR) WILL NOT IMPROVE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING A PRIZE IN THIS PROMOTION.
7. PRIZES, PRIZE VALUES, ODDS OF WINNING AND COLLECTING PRIZES. The following outlines the prize distribution:
a. Finalist Prize Winners: A total of 3,008 Fifty Dollar ($50.00) cash prizes will be given away on October 31, 2022, at approximately 6:00pm CST (eight (8) Finalist Prize Winners at each of the Participating Locations). b. Social Media Winners: A total of Twenty-Five (25) Five-Hundred Dollar ($500.00) cash prizes will be given away on October 31, 2022, at approximately 6:00pm CST. The odds of a Grand Prize Entry and/or a Social Media Entry being randomly selected as the Finalist Prize Winner and/or Social Media Winner depends entirely on the number of Grand Prize Entries and/or Social Media Entries received during the applicable Promotion Period. Both the Finalist Prize Winners and the Social Media Winners will be randomly selected. c. Grand Prize Winners: The winner of the Grand Prize Giveaway (the “ Grand Prize Winner ”) shall win a cash prize in the amount of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) (the “ Grand Prize ”). There shall be two (2) runner -up winners (the “ Runner-Up Winners ”), the second place winner shall win a cash prize of Ten - Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), and the third place winner shall win a cash prize of Five- Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) (the “ Runner-Up Prizes ”).
