MASTER OF CEREMONIES Rick Judson Rick is the Owner of Evergreen Development Group, and has developed or built more than 300 homes in the Greater Charlotte Area. A native Charlottean who attended East Carolina University on a football scholarship - he went on to graduate the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. He has served as President of North Carolina Home Builder Association (NCHBA) as well as the President of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and President of the National Housing Endowment in Washington. Inducted into the North Carolina Housing Hall of Fame. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Builders Mutual Insurance Company and Trustee for the Canopy Housing Foundation. Rick is a proud member of the HBA of Charlotte for more than 40 years.
