Brolo è nato come una bottega di frutta e verdura sfusa, biologica e proveniente da piccoli produttori, a cui si è poi aggiunto un ristorante vegetariano. La cucina è quella classica italiana, i vini sono naturali e c’è anche una lista di cocktail a tema. - Brolo started out as a shop selling fruit and vegetables in bulk, organic and from small producers, which was later joined by a vegetarian restaurant. The cuisine is classic Italian, the wines are natural and there is also a themed cocktail list.
