The Discovery Process: Step-by-Step 1. Discovery Meeting at the Studio
We kick off with an in-depth, collaborative meeting in our private design studio. You'll review project inspirations, share your story, and explore curated finishes and outdoor elements. This environment helps you envision possibilities clearly and allows our team to recommend the ideal design package based on your vision, timeline, and comfort level. We’ll begin helping you create a realistic investment plan at this first meeting. (You’ll complete a Dream Builder form prior to this meeting!) 2. Independent Site Analysis We follow up with a separate, on-site visit focused solely on technical and artistic discovery. Using laser-precise measurements and industry-leading assessment techniques, we evaluate grading, soils, drainage, sun exposure, transitions, and architectural context. This scientific and observational rigor leads to smarter planning, fewer surprises, and better outcomes. (You don’t need to be present for this.) 3. Concepts Meeting At your next studio visit, we present two distinct conceptual designs, each aligned with a corresponding investment range. This side-by-side comparison empowers you to weigh aesthetics, lifestyle alignment, and budget with confidence—eliminating
indecision and costly do-overs. 4. Final Presentation
Once a concept is chosen (or combination of concepts), we refine it into a finalized, build-ready design. You’ll review detailed drawings, a formal proposal, and a clearly defined scope of work. This meeting is where you can choose to proceed to an active build to transform that vision into a livable, lasting space! 5. Material Selection & Pre-Project Planning With your design finalized, we guide you through a hands-on material selection process, working closely to ensure every finish, detail, and feature reflects your personal style and performance needs. We then begin detailed pre-project planning to align timelines, schedules, and logistics for a smooth build phase.
