It is with great pleasure that we welcome you aboard Israir Airlines for your upcoming journey to one of our destinations. Israir has dedicated itself to maintaining continuity and providing exceptional service throughout the recent challenging times. We have facilitated the return of Israelis from various locations, transported soldiers, evacuees, and their families, and coordinated the delivery of essential equipment to Israel. During this period, Israir adapted passenger planes into cargo aircraft to fulfill urgent logistical needs. We also actively raised awareness for the return of captives and abductees. In addition to our humanitarian efforts, we have focused on enhancing the passenger experience. We have adjusted flight schedules, secured agreements for additional aircraft, and upgraded our digital systems to improve convenience and efficiency. We have also eased flight and package redemption conditions to cater to short-term travel needs. Our controlling owners, Mr. Rami Levy and Mr. Shalom Haim, continue to guide the company's vision, fostering collaborations and addressing the evolving market demands. We extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery to the wounded, the safe return of our courageous fighters, and the homecoming of all abductees. Thank you for choosing Israir Airlines. We recognize that these are challenging times for our nation and society. Since the beginning of the war, the employees and management of Israir have worked tirelessly to maintain our flight schedule and meet the needs of our passengers. In 2023, despite the challenges, we broke our passenger flight record and crossed the one million passenger mark for the first time. We hope to continue this growth in 2024, thanks to your continued support. To meet the increasing demand, we recently purchased an Airbus 320 aircraft and signed a multi-year agreement to operate two additional similar aircraft. This brings our total fleet to eight aircraft in 2024. We have also recruited additional air and maintenance teams to support our growth. In the field of tourism, we are proud to announce our partnership with the Brown hotel chain. Our ISLA BROWN CHANIA RESORT hotel in Chania, jointly owned by Israir and Brown, has been selected to be part of the luxury hotel collection of the Hilton hotel chain, CURIO BY HILTON. We understand the challenges that many are facing during this time, and we have adapted our destinations and vacation offerings accordingly. This summer, we are emphasizing family vacations and destinations that are easily accessible. We are honored to have been selected as a superbrand by an organization that crowns Israel's superbrands based on consumer research. This recognition is a testament to your loyalty and trust, and we are grateful for your continued support. Our thoughts are with the abductees, the wounded, and the soldiers who are still fighting. We pray for their speedy release, recovery, and safe return home.
