We aim to develop an inclusive and open work community that values colleagues from diverse backgrounds, so that they can be themselves at work and realise their potential.

WOMEN IN MARITIME
ABP is committed to increased gender diversity, something which is reflected in our Board which has 33% female representation and Senior Leadership Team, with 30% female representation. In 2020, we achieved Women in Maritime Chartered Company status. As part of achieving this status, we submitted targets and an action to attract and retain female talent. This demonstrates our commitment for change within the Maritime industry.
