OVERVIEW • For a casino, card club, gaming club or similar establishment to fall under this chapter, it must be: • Duly licensed and authorized to do business in the U.S. • Have a gross annual gaming revenue of over $1 million • For these purposes, gross gaming revenue can be from the previous business year or the current business year.

REQUIREMENTS
• Filing obligations: • Each casino should file a report of each transaction in currency, involving either cash in or cash out of more than $10,000 (31 CFR § 1021.311)
