TITLE 31 REQUIREMENTS: PREREQUISITES • Before concluding any reportable transaction, a casino must verify and record: • The name and address of the individual • The identity, account number, and social security or taxpayer identification number. (31 CFR § 1010.312)

Multiple currency transactions should be treated as a single transaction for reporting purposes if the casino has knowledge that they are by/on the behalf of any person and results in more than $10,000 in or out during any gaming day. (31 CFR § 1021.313)
