CHRISTINE SHOCKLEY Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) Christine is our experienced Patient Care Coordinator with 25 years of experience in the medical field. She has spent the past year at Howard Orthotics and Prosthetics, where she has become a trusted member of the team, ensuring a smooth experience for patients from start to finish. In her role, Christine is responsible for verifying insurance coverage and helping to coordinate appointments, always striving to make the process as seamless and stress- free as possible for each patient.
Outside of her professional life, Christine has a deep passion for animals, particularly rescuing cats, and she enjoys spending her free time reading, traveling, and exploring new places. Her blend of experience, empathy, and personal interests make her a valued asset at our office.
