“I’ve always been drawn to the challenge of turning a concept into a fully realized space. With 19 years of experience in residential and commercial design, I’ve worked on projects of all scales. I am a Registered Interior Designer and ARIDO member, bringing professional standards to every project." The firm’s process is highly collaborative, guiding clients through each stage of design and construction. "Some clients come to us with a strong direction, while others aren’t quite sure what they want—they just know their current space isn’t working for them. Either way, our role is to guide them through the process, presenting ideas, solutions, and possibilities they may not have considered."
Education is another key part of the experience. "Many homeowners aren’t familiar with the nuances of materials, spatial planning, or construction techniques, and we believe in empowering them with the knowledge to make informed decisions. Whether it’s discussing durability in high-traffic areas, explaining why a certain layout might work better, or breaking down the pros and cons of different finishes, we want our clients to feel confident in every choice they make." One of the firm’s most rewarding projects involved transforming a home that the owners originally planned to tear down. "The existing house was approximately 1,700 square feet, and they couldn’t envision how we could expand it to the 4,000 square feet they needed without starting fresh," Danielle recalls. "We explored both new construction and renovation options, presenting layouts for each. In this municipality, permits for a new build would have taken 12 to 18 months, while a renovation permit was significantly faster and more cost-effective. By carefully working within the city’s renovation requirements, we maximized every inch of allowable change, keeping just enough of the original structure while pushing the boundaries of what qualified as a renovation." The project involved significant structural changes, including two additions, and raising the ceiling heights on both floors. "This project was a true exercise in creative problem solving," Danielle says. "We balanced design, construction methods, and permit constraints to deliver a home that felt entirely new. What would have been a long process for a new build was instead designed, permitted, and constructed by our team within 18 months—the same time it would have taken just to get approval for new construction. This allowed our clients to move into their dream home much sooner, without compromising on space, design, or quality." With a commitment to thoughtful design, high-quality construction, and exceptional client service, Campbell Building Group continues to set a high standard in the industry. By seamlessly integrating design and construction, the firm offers homeowners a truly transformative experience, ensuring that each project is as functional as it is beautiful. "At the end of the day, it’s not just about creating a stunning home—it’s about crafting a space that truly enhances the way people live," Danielle says. "That’s what drives us every day."
