collaboration and connectivity. She previously led the Elgin/ St. Thomas Small Business Enterprise Centre and served on St. Thomas City Council. Today, Tara is the Loans Manager of the Elgin Business Resource Centre. With extensive knowledge of business programs and government connections, she expertly supports startups and expansions. Her 15 years in the financial sector further enhances her ability to guide clients in securing funding. Tara remains committed to driving local business success.
St. Thomas-Elgin Food Bank Since 1986, the St. Thomas Elgin Food Bank has been dedicated to feeding those in need and advocating for solutions to end poverty. With no government funding, they rely entirely on donations from busi- nesses, organizations, and indi- viduals. They provide a nutritious food basket every 21 days, ensuring
