THREE-HOUR CALL BACK (SLA’S TO BE AGREED) If your Consultant is unable to immediately take a phone call or return by email, Think People have a service level agreement with a commitment to a three- hour call back.
DEDICATED CONSULTANT You will have a dedicated HR Consultant, who will work in partnership with you, and will be available for onsite visits when needed. This consultant will be supported by a HR Consultant who will provide support on a contingency basis as required. You will be provided with your Consultant’s office dial number and mobile number to ensure immediate telephone support in addition to your email support.
CONTINGENCY PLAN On a rare occasion that your dedicated Consultant is unable to return your call, a contingency plan will be implemented, and another member of Think People’s HR Team will be put on standby for any incoming calls and emails.
BESPOKE DOCUMENTATION You will be provided with bespoke documentation tailored to the specific HR matter being dealt with. This includes the design of bespoke guidance documentation for management including disciplinary and grievance scripts in addition to correspondence and support on all HR operational matters.
