COMMUNITY UPDATES: SECURITY ENHANCEMENTS, CULINARY NEWS, AND MORE!
First, a new pedestrian security gate has been installed at the far end of E. Tonto Verde Drive, providing access to the National Forest. This gate ensures a controlled entry point for residents while helping to deter unauthorized access from outside the community. To open the gate, use the code 18401. If the gate does not open immediately, press the letter “C” (for clear), re-enter the code 18401, and turn the handle. The Security Committee of the Tonto Verde HOA Board of Directors is pleased to report on the completion of two key initiatives aimed at enhancing the perimeter security of our community.
Second, we completed a full repair of the barbed wire fence line that separates Tonto Verde from National Forest land. The repairs span from Forest Road to Box Bar Road and will further help prevent unapproved entry into our property. We thank the Security Committee for their continued diligence in maintaining the safety and privacy of our beautiful desert community. NEW CHEF JOINS TONTO VERDE We’re thrilled to share some exciting culinary news! After reviewing dozens of resumes and conducting six rounds of interviews with local chefs, we have officially hired a new executive chef who will begin on Tuesday, April 8th.
We want to extend a big thank- you to Tom Stupek and Susan Warzecka for their time and thoughtful participation throughout the interview process. Stay tuned—more details about our new chef and his background will be shared soon!
