CELLO DEMONSTRATION
Mrs Parkin came in to play her cello to us on Monday morning. She played some classical, jazz and modern pieces which the children all loved to listen to. If any Year 2 child would like to have a trial lesson with a cello, please complete the leaflet that was added to bookbags this week.
SCHOOL COUNCIL MEETING We held our first of the year School Council meeting this week. As we were fortunate to have a beautiful revamp of our sandpit over the summer holidays, the school councillors passed on their opinions on what sand toys were needed to make it an even more inspiring place to be. I now have a very long list and will be ordering some new accessories over the next few days!
