Volunteers receive 50 hours of training before answering the Crisis Line. Some of the topic areas include: • Cultural Competence & Diversity • Crisis Intervention • Suicide & Homicide Risk Assessment • Family Violence • Boundary and Limit Setting Thank you to our Donors … Options Community Services celebrates and acknowledges all of our donors and friends who support and contribute to the work that we do. Our donors make a difference to everyone that we serve in so many ways and all gifts big and small, matter.
