SALE LOCATION: Barenthsen-Bullinger Red Angus Ranch, Powers Lake, ND 8815 81st St NW, Powers Lake, ND 58773 • From Powers Lake: 3 miles east on Hwy 50, 2 miles north on Cty Rd 11
Volume Discount: A 5% volume discount will be given on the purchase of 3 or more bulls. Feeding: Bulls will be kept and fed free of charge until April 1. Delivery: Free delivery of bulls within a 500 mile radius. Delivery arrangements can be made at least possible cost to the buyer for furthur distance. Heifer delivery is the respon- sibility of the buyer. We ask that shipping on heifers be made as soon as possible. Guarantee: Bulls in the sale are guaranteed to breed. A breeding soundness exam will be con- ducted prior to delivery. If a bull is proven unable to breed from that exam, buyer will be given a full refund of purchase price, credit on next year’s sale, or a replacement bull of equal quality as acceptable to buyer. If a problem arises with a bull, please notify Barenthsen-Bullinger Red Angus immediatly. All bulls carry a first breeding season guarantee. A breeding season is defined as the 90 day period following the first turnout of the bull. If a bull is injured permanently and unable to breed cows, we will replace him or give credit in next year’s sale, less salvage of the injured bull. Heifers are guaranteed open and able to breed. Health: All bulls and heifers are in good health and are on the Select Vac program. Bulls will be given a breeding soundness exam by Marshall Hermanson, DVM, and will also receive two doses of Fusogard for foot rot prior to delivery. All heifers are bangs vaccinated. All animals have been poured with Cleanup. Liability: All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk. Seller assumes no responsi- bility, legal or otherwise, for any accidents occurring in, on, or about the premises. Announcements: Announcements made from the sale block on sale day take precedence over the catalog. We are not responsible for any typographical errors. All sale cattle will be available for viewing prior to the sale, at the sale loca- tion. Please allow adequate time for viewing. Sale Order: Animals will sell in catalog order. Genomic Enhanced EPD's: Bulls and heifers in the sale have been GGP-LD (100K) DNA tested and parent verified. Supplemental Information: Scrotal measurements and ultra-sound carcass data for bulls will be posted on the website in advance of the sale and will also be available on sale day. Terms & Conditions: Terms of the sale are cash unless other arrangements have been made. Viewing: Visitors are welcome at the ranch anytime prior to the sale. Videos of the animals will be available at BBRedAngus.com in early February. Animals will be available for viewing the afternoon of Feb. 17th and a meal will be served in the sale barn. BIDDING : Live bidding will be available online at DVAuction.com. Please register early so you are approved as a bidder in plenty of time before the sale. See page 3 for online bidding instructions. Bids can also be left with a buyer representative or with Mark or Jeremy at the ranch. All bids will be held in strict confidence. Any bidding disputes will be settled by the auctioneer.
