MADEN HOTELS EMBRACES CLOUD WITH ACT A strategic shift from legacy systems to a unified, cloud-based future across four landmark properties. We recently partnered with Maden Hotels, one of Al-Madinah al- Munawwarah’s most prominent hospitality groups, to lead a full-scale digital transformation across four of their key properties. This project marks a major milestone in our ongoing commitment to shaping the future of hospitality in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our engagement includes four properties: Madin Taiba – Now fully live on cloud Maden Hotel – Now fully live Maden Al Rawda – in progress Nozol Hotel – will go live in July 2025
The first property, Madin Taiba, was deployed on a greenfield cloud infrastructure, while the remaining three properties are being transitioned from on-premises systems to a fully integrated cloud environment. This shift is enhancing operational agility, streamlining processes, and improving the overall guest experience. This project marks a key milestone in our Saudi expansion, combining a greenfield cloud launch with seamless migrations enabling Maden Hotels to unify operations and enhance the guest experience.

The forum brought together leading hoteliers, technology providers, and industry stakeholders to explore the latest in smart hospitality. A key highlight was HDL’s live demonstration of a fully functional mock-up smart room, offering attendees a hands-on experience of intelligent control systems in a hotel environment including lighting, climate, and automation. To further support digital transformation in the sector, HDL also offered 10 fully equipped mock-up rooms free of charge to 10 selected customers, helping hotels begin their smart journey with confidence.
