Strong and effective communicator with experience to building strong and effective networks to influence and operate at all levels through the organisation from Executive to front line service areas. Experience Senior security management experience including organisational planning and lead delivery of security function and teams across a multi-site estate. Risk management experience, ideally with an FM background, including maintenance of risk registers and supporting departments in management of risks. Experience of planning, exercising and delivery of emergency management and business continuity. 3rd party vendor contract management experience including preparation of technical specifications for public tender projects. Professional experience of providing security technical specifications on crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED) to support corporate Estate development and refurbishment projects.
