D.R. Horton is an Equal Housing Opportunity Builder. *To be eligible for the $500 referral bonus, referred party must be a first-time visitor to a South Washington Division D.R. Horton community, must execute a contract with D.R. Horton for the purchase and sale of a South Washington Division home, and must close escrow per the terms of the contract. The referral offer is invalid if the referred party has previously visited the South Washington Division D.R. Horton community, has registered online, or has been referred through a licensed real estate broker who represents the referred party in this transaction. A South Washington Division D.R. Horton Sales Agent must acknowledge the referral in writing at the time of the referred party’s initial visit, and compliance with all provisions of this offer will be verified by a D.R. Horton's Sales Manager and/or Agent. Referring party shall be responsible for any and all applicable federal or state taxes resulting from receipt of any referral compensation and D.R. Horton's Non-Agent Referral Fee Policy is in full effect. The $500 referral will be awarded within 14 days after: (i) referred party and D.R. Horton execute a contract for the purchase and sale of a South Washington Division D.R. Horton home and (ii) referred party delivers final unconditional loan approval to D.R. Horton in an amount sufficient to close escrow on the home or referred party delivers written documentation to D.R. Horton establishing that referred party is able to purchase the home without obtaining financing, whichever occurs first. Additionally, the referred party and the referring party must both sign a Non-Broker Referral Fee Declaration, which is available for review at the sales office.
