REQUIREMENTS The post holder must be able to demonstrate:
Degree in Facilities or Real Estate Management
Equivalent experience in Property Management
Experience in the facilities management in the Hospitality sector or Universities
NEBOSH, HHSRS qualifications
Experience of managing a large team of 10+ staff
A proven track record of: • Managing a portfolio of accommodation • Delivering excellent service • Successfully implementing / managing change
In depth knowledge of industry trends, associations and competition
High standard of written and verbal communication
Excellent presentation skills
Good time management skills to enable effective management of workload
Good knowledge and previous use of IT software packages
Effective listening skills to ensure customer needs are met
Experience of customer focused environment
