Person Specification

Education and experience Essential: • Experience overseeing the delivery of refurbishment and development projects. • Experience in preparing investment and development valuations and appraisals including cash flows. • Experience of the sale and purchase or residential properties including development agreements • MRICS Desirable: • Residential property asset management experience

Knowledge and skills Essential:

• Up to date with Commercial and Residential Landlord and Tenant legislation, and planning law. • Thorough, effective use of IT. • Well-organised and administratively self- sufficient. • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications, and negotiation skills. Desirable: • Knowledge of Charity Act law. • A proactive, creative and original strategic thinker, who can identify opportunities and develop strategies independently. • Demonstrates a good attention to detail. • Able to work in sympathy with the mission, vision and aims of the LDF • A team player, who is always willing to support colleagues. • Right to work in the UK Other requirements Essential:
