Two cities, two stories: Palermo and Catania
Sicily is more than an island — it is a mosaic of different cultu- res and history. Each morsel is a journey through the centu- ries, a reimagining of traditional recipes and local ingredients, but most of these sweets ha- ve long since “departed” the- ir homeland and conquered the whole world.
