DIGITALNO ZANATSTVO / DIGITAL CRAFTSMANSHIP Španske dizajnerke u Servantesu Spanish women designers at Cervantes
I zložba „Dizajnerke: (re)dizajniranje sve- ta“ u galeriji Instituta Servantes u Beo- gradu čine radovi dvanaest istaknutih savremenih dizajnerki iz različitih krajeva Španije. Kako navodi kustoskinja izložbe Glorija Ruis, prefiks „re“ u nazivu izložbe upućuje na ponovno osmišljavanje dizajna. – Predmet ovog (re)dizajna jeste svet u kojem živimo: svet koji se menja i kojem su potrebna nova rešenja, smatra Ruis. Za ovu putujuću izložbu, koju je do sada videla publika u gradovima kao što su Milano, Prag i Bukurešt, izabrane su sle- deće dizajnerke: Helena Rohner, Veroni- ka Fuerte, Marta Ajala, Hulija Eske, Rakel Buh, Amalija Puga, Ingrid Pikanjol, Miri- jan Migel, Silvija Ferpal, Kristina Oma- rementerija, Ines Sistijaga i Eli Gutjeres. Radovi prikazani na ovoj izložbi – od nakita preko dekorativnih predmeta do nameštaja – pripadaju sferi zanatske de- latnosti. Kako sami procesi i materijali od kojih su izrađeni, tako i umetnički diskurs koji iz njih proizlazi, doprinose stvaranju humanije i posvećenije stvarnosti. Ove di- zajnerke su usvojile savremene tehnolo- gije, primenjujući sopstvena znanja i ek- sperimentišući s procesima i materijalima koje koriste. Zato možemo reći da su stvo- rile digitalno zanatstvo. Izložba je otvore- na do 10. septembra.

The works included in this exhibition – ranging from jewellery to decorative items and furniture - belong to the sphere of craftwork. Both the processes and mate- rials used to make them, as well as the ar- tistic discourse that emerges from them, contribute to the creation of a more hu- mane and dedicated reality. These design- ers have adopted modern technologies, applied their own knowledge and experi- mented with processes and materials. We can thus say that they’ve created digital craftsmanship. The exhibition remains on display until 10 th September. W hat began as an idea to provide support to local authors and mu- sicians has grown to become an event that has awakened memories and brought new energy – not only to Srems- ka Mitrovica, but to the district of Srem in its entirety. Over the three years of its ex- istence to date, ArtFront has received the epithet “the biggest little festival in Vojvodi- na”, while it has become recognisable among the public and performers due to its special, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. This year’s ArtFront will be held on 15 th and 16 th Au- gust at the hippodrome in Sremska Mitro- vica. Audiences on the first day can expect performances by the bands Zoster, Neno Belan & Fiumens, and Senidah, while the following day will see the performances of Z++, YU Grupa, Prti Bee Gee and Goblini.
T he exhibition Diseñadoras. (Re) diseñando el mundo [Women De- signers: (Re)designing the world] in the gallery of Belgrade’s Cervantes Insti- tute comprises works by twelve prominent contemporary female designers from dif- ferent parts of Spain. According to exhi- bition curator Gloria Ruiz, the prefix “re” in the title of the exhibition refers to the reinvention of design. “The subject of this (re)designing is the world in which we live: a world that’s changing rapidly and needs new solutions,” considers Ruiz. This touring exhibition, which has so far been seen by audiences in Milan, Prague
O no što je počelo kao ideja da se pruži podrška domaćim autorima i muzičarima, pre- raslo je u događaj koji je probudio uspomene i doneo novu energiju, ne samo u Sremsku Mitrovicu već i u čitav Srem. Tokom tri godine Ar- tFront je dobio epitet „najveći ma- li festival u Vojvodini“, a publika i izvođači ga prepoznaju po poseb- noj, prijateljskoj i opuštenoj atmos- feri. Ove godine ArtFront se održa- va 15. i 16. avgusta na hipodromu u Sremskoj Mitrovici. Prvog dana, 15. avgusta, publiku očekuju nastu- pi bendova Zoster, Neno Belan & Fiumens i Senidah, dok će 16. av- gusta nastupiti Z++, YU grupa, Pr- ti Bee Gee i Goblini.
