Acute ulcer

A 26-year-old male patient presented to the clinic with pain in the lower lip region for �ive days. Intraoral examination revealed two deep, painful ulcers on the left lower labial mucosa, each measuring approximately 10 mm in diameter. The lesions exhibited reddish halos with whitish bases.

The prescribed treatment consisted of applying Oral Gel �ive times daily during the �irst 48 hours to reduce the acute in�lammatory process, followed by three applications per day for a further �ive days.

Result: epithelialisation and �inal healing in 10 days.
