No Loaded skips are allowed to be stack under any circumstances on the public highway.

Transporting compactors
Compactor on skip vehicle
All compactors need to fit on the lorry body and the tipping hook in the up position.
•
• If the tipping hooks cannot be raised, then the container must be strapped with two 5 tonne ratchet straps to support the rear pulling the container forward. • Never enter the compactor hopper area • Do not climb on or into the equipment.

Vehicle overturn
Only vehicles with Auto Sheeting system to be purchased and used. All containers must be sheeted when loaded and operating on the highway using the vehicle auto sheeting system.

Falls from height.
•
Manual handling – strains, sprains, musculoskeletal injuries
• Drivers issued with a sheeting pole to aid working from the ground. • Keep hands away from sheeting system moving parts.
