While Fort Worth has adopted progressive policies in areas such as Complete Streets and Vision Zero, gaps remain in enforceability and integration across zoning, subdivision, and transportation regulations. Without codified requirements, critical initiatives such as TOD, dynamic curbside management, and climate resilience, risk inconsistent application and limited impact.
